FAQS: Q: How long does it take to setup the equipment? A: Typically it takes about 1 ½-2 hours to set up the equipment. If you would like a specific amount of time to show other media just let us know at time of reservation. we can allow you more time Q: What time should the movie start? A: The Movie should start 30-45 minutes after sunset. If time is a problem you can start the movie 20 minutes early. The picture will not be perfect, but will gradually get better. You can find sunset times at www.weather.com or www.accuweather.com. Q: Can we reschedule the event if the weather is looking bad for our date. A: YES. We ask that you give as much notice as possible. Q: Is there a weather guarantee? A: YES. If we do not get through at least 75% of the film you may reschedule the event for another date. There will be a minimal setup fee of $125.00 Q: What do we need to provide? A: All we need from our customers is a level surface. The surface can be grass, concrete, asphalt, etc. The area should be clear of all ground and aerial obstruction. The area needs to be at least 20 long, 15 wide and 15ft tall.. The projector will be setup in front of the screen and will need to be placed 15 to 20ft directly in front of the screen. Q: Do we need to license the movie? A: If the film is being shown on your own private property to family and friends no license is required. To show a copyrighted movie to the general public you must obtain a film license. We will help with process and step you through everything you need to do. You can start by visiting www.swank.com or www.criterionpicusa.com. Schools and Libraries please visit www.movlic.com for your license. More information on Film Licensing: Please contact one of the film licensing companies before advertising your film restrictions may apply . Some film companies have restricted the use of their films being shown in an outdoor setting. Q: Can other media be shown besides just the movie? A: Absolutely, sponsorship ads, slide shows, video games, power point presentations, laser light show, music videos. If you can think of it most likely we can show it. The possibilities are endless.
